Contraindications for doing mobility exercises

Don’t do the exercises if you have any inflammations, infections, tumors, fractures, osteoporosis, osteopenia or any other diseases/pathologies/injuries. If you have numbness in the upper limbs, make sure the cause is not vascular in origin (e.g. blood clots). Consult a medical professional. Let them check if the exercises are suitable in your case. Also if you have persistent pain go to an appointment with a medical professional. If you have tendon problems (tendinitis, tendinosis, tendinopathy) stretching might worsen it.
